How do I place an order/ create an account?
You will need to have an account in order to place an order via our website. Do submit your details here and we will get back to you as soon as possible with your account login details - please note you must have your company details for verification purposes. Once you have an account, you will also be able to see the pricing for the items on our website.
What payment options do you offer?
For your convenience, we accept a variety of local payment options. We welcome most major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and are able to take payment via digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Alternatively you may also make payment via PayPal Express Checkout. Payment is to be made upon placing the order on the website and is required for your order to be confirmed. We accept payment via credit card and PayPal.

How long would you take to fulfil the order?
We require at least 3 days in advance to fufill your order and you will be able to select your fulfilment timing at check out. Our cut off ordering time is at 2pm (SGT) daily - for example, for orders to be delivered on Friday, the order must be placed latest by Tuesday 2pm (SGT).
Is there is a minimum quantity required to place an order?
There is no minimum spend, although there are some products that will require a minimum order quantity and this can be found in the product description.
What is the shelf life of your bakes/ snacks from the time of delivery?
Our bakes can be kept for 3 or 4 days in room temperature but it is best consumed on the day or day after delivery. In order to extend life of your bakes, you can also opt to freeze the bakes and they can be kept for 2-3 months.
Our whole cakes and swiss rolls should be kept chilled for optimal taste and shelf life.
Our snacks are best consumed within one month. The best before dates are printed at the back of the packaging with around 6 to 8 months shelf life. We recommend to store them in the fridge and/or air tight containers.
Are your food and bakes halal?
Our bakery is not halal certified. Whilst we generally do not use pork or lard in any of our bakes, we do use flavours extracts which may contain traces of alcohol.
It would also be helpful to note that we prepare savouries in the same kitchen, for which we do use pork as ingredients for several food items.
Do you offer customisation of products?
Yes, we do. However, certain minimum quantities would apply.

Do you offer self collection?
Yes, you can opt to self collect from our Central Kitchen located at 239 Pandan Loop, #02-01 Singapore 128425.
Self collection is available from 10am to 6pm on Mondays and Wednesdays to Sundays.
Do you offer island-wide delivery? What are the charges like?
Delivery is available on Mondays, and Wednesdays to Sundays. We offer two delivery options:
- Standard Delivery ensures delivery between 9am to 6pm but not at any specific time. Delivery fees for orders below $120 cost $15, and fees for orders between $120 and $299.99 cost $6. Orders of $300 and above enjoy complimentary delivery.
- Deadline Delivery ensures delivery within a one-hour time slot of your choice, between 9am to 6pm. Delivery fees for orders below $120 cost $28, fees for orders between $120 and $299.99 cost $19, and fees for orders $300 and above cost $13.
As we do have a number of Standard Deliveries daily, the delivery team will arrange for the most efficient route so that we can ensure delivery of all our Standard Deliveries in good time and we will not be able to assist with specific timings.
We do not offer deliveries to remote location or locations with restricted access at the moment. These include Tuas, crematoriums, columbariums, Marina Coastal Drive vicinity, turf clubs, Changi, Changi Loyang and Changi Coastal vicinity.
What happens if the order is not successfully delivered?
Due to the volume of deliveries we complete daily, we usually extend a 15-minute grace period for recipients to accept their deliveries. In the event that a recipient is not available to accept the order, and we are unable to reach them for instructions to leave the order at the delivery address, the order will be returned to our Central Kitchen at Pandan Loop.
Should you wish to arrange for a redelivery, please feel free to reach out to our office at 6465 5942 on Monday to Fridays, 9am-6pm or our Order Fulfilment Team at +65 9234 8474 on weekends for assistance. While we make every effort to accommodate redelivery for such cases later in the day, this is subject to availability in our delivery schedule. Please note that additional delivery fees will apply for redelivery services. We highly recommend informing your team whenever a delivery is scheduled for your office to ensure a smooth and successful delivery process.
I need a signed acknowledgement for each delivery for my Finance Department - is this something you can provide?
Every delivery will be accompanied by two copies of the delivery order, and this will need to be signed by the recipient. One copy is for the recipient and one is for Farandole and will assist in smooth invoicing.
We do ask for you to check your products on the day of delivery/ collection so this will allow for a smooth process for any signed acknowledgment or documentation needed.
